Milled or ground: High-quality profile shafts and spline shafts
Spline shafts are e.g. used for normal or specialised machine tools for an optimal transmission of torques. We grind or mill spline shafts and profile shafts with a maximum gearing length of 3000 mm when milled and of 750 mm when ground. They are produced on modern CNC machines which guarantee for high precision. Customer-specific productions are also possible, as individual items, mass-produced or for special use – also according to your drawings or samples.
Quality according to DIN and ISO standards
We produce spline shafts and profile shafts both according to DIN standards, among others DIN 5463, DIN 5472 and DIN 9611, and ISO standards ISO 14 and ISO 500. In addition, we offer many other drive components like worm wheels, toothed racks and bevel gears. Our specialists provide an ideal quality management by means of self-checking. In addition, all of our drive components are tested by TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH and certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
