Manufacturing of gears according to DIN and ISO standards
A large number of milling cutters are available for producing gears using the hobbing process. Milling machines from the renowned manufacturers Pfauer, Liebherr and Welter are used for this. The gears are milled according to DIN 3962 up to quality 7. The right machine park with the corresponding tools is also available for the gearing of bevel gears, worm shafts and worm gears.
High quality internal and external gears
Internal and external gears up to a quality of 7 can be manufactured with our shaping machines. Suitable slotting machines are used for the different dimensions. Due to the large selection of shaping tools, it is often possible to manufacture small quantities (spare parts) without purchasing new tools.
